The Role :

We are looking for an individual to join our Customer Care Department! As part of this fast-paced Department, you will handle incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance, for our Sales Department customers.

This position plays a critical role within the company, ensuring all Sales Department customers of H&H are completely satisfied with our Sales Departments.

  • Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls for our Sales Department.
  • Update customer information in programs.
  • Assist customers with providing past service history reports.

What you bring to the table :

  • At least 1 year of general business experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Great computer / technology skills.
  • Punctuality with minimal absences.
  • High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Business appropriate attire.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
