Habberstad Auto Group—a7-time BMW Center of Excellenceand one of thelargest BMW retailers in the United States—is entering its next phase of growth and seeking an accomplishedChief Financial Officer (CFO)to lead financial strategy across our expanding portfolio of dealerships and affiliated entities.

Our group includesBMW and MINI dealerships, along with a rapidly growingpowersports divisionrepresentingKawasaki, Polaris, BRP, and Vespa, with additional brands and facilities under development.

This is a unique opportunity to join athird-generation, family-run organizationthat combines legacy stability with a forward-thinking growth mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all financial operations across multiple rooftops and entities (retail, real estate, reinsurance).
• Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Partner directly with ownership and executive leadership on growth initiatives and acquisitions.
• Manage lender, manufacturer, and auditor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams across the group.
• Continuously improve systems, controls, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
