About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Service BDC Agent to join our Service Business Development Center at Subaru of Jacksonville. In this role, you’ll connect with service customers by phone, text, and email to schedule appointments, answer service-related questions, and provide helpful follow-up communication. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, improving customer retention, and keeping our service department running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound service calls and provide friendly, helpful customer support
Make outbound calls and send texts / emails for recommended maintenance, recalls, overdue service, and appointment reminders
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure efficient scheduling
Update customer information and follow-up tasks in the CRM / BDC software
Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for call volume, appointment set rate, show rate, and customer retention
Support service marketing initiatives, call campaigns, and customer outreach efforts
What You Need
1–3 years of experience in Automotive BDC, Appointment Coordinator, Call Center, or Customer Service
Strong phone and written communication skills with a friendly, positive personality
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a high volume of customer contacts
Confidence using CRM or BDC software (automotive experience preferred but not required)
