Job descriptionMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects over $10M Lead safety planning, implementation, and compliance Manage day-to-day site operations from pre-construction to closeout Maintain the Site Utilization Plan Coordinate with Project Managers on equipment, submittals, and subcontractor progress Develop and maintain CPM schedules and narrative updates Drive schedule adherence and problem-solving with vendors and subcontractors Track labor and costs to ensure alignment with project budget Oversee on-site Quality Control Program Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite Document and mitigate potential change orders and subcontractor issues Complete all required site reporting, logs, and schedule updates Build and lead a high-performing field team Support learning, development, and career growth for team members Onboard and train new project staff Deliver consistent coaching and feedback to direct reports
