Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Level I or II Maintenance Technician to join our Day shift team. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a solid foundation in manufacturing maintenance who is looking to grow their skills and talents.
Our current full-time opening is for DAY shift Monday-Thursday (10-hour shift)

Primary Responsibilities :
As part of the maintenance team, responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and making repairs on production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role also involves assisting with the installation and startup of new machinery and systems. Technicians are expected to diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues efficiently. Safe and effective use of hand and power tools is essential, along with accurately completing and documenting maintenance work orders, including logging equipment history. All tasks must be carried out in compliance with OSHA safety standards and the company's internal safety policies.
Qualifications Include :
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, with a solid working knowledge of preventative maintenance systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, mechanical drive systems, valves, pumps, and basic electrical components. Proficiency in using standard hand and power tools is essential. Additional experience in machining, fabrication, welding, soldering, brazing, or pipefitting is a strong advantage. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dependable, with strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude. A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment is highly valued.
