You'll be the friendly face and helpful voice supporting customers and our property management team across multifamily, commercial, and self-storage operations.
What You'll Do :
- Be the go-to person for customer support and inquiries
- Help draft leases, schedule showings, and assist with property communications
- Keep the office running smoothlyeverything from handling mail to updating records
- Support move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals for storage & RV spaces
What Were Looking For :
- 2+ years of admin or customer service experience
- Great communicator with a positive, team-first attitude
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking
- Ready to learn, grow, and take pride in your work
- Hours : Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm
