This role is perfect for candidates with previous veterinary receptionist or vet clinic front desk experience who want to work in a collaborative and compassionate environment.

What Makes This Role Unique?

As a Client Service Representative (CSR) , you are the first point of contact for pet owners. You’ll help coordinate care, schedule appointments, answer phones, and guide clients through their visits.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Service & Front Desk :

• Greet clients and patients warmly in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using veterinary practice software
• Explain treatment plans, billing, and services clearly and compassionately
• Provide emotional support to clients during both routine and emergency visits
• Handle client check-in and check-out, invoicing, and payment processing

✅ What We’re Looking For :

Note : This is not an entry-level veterinary position . Applicants must have prior experience in a client-facing role in the veterinary or healthcare field.
