$19.45 – $22.45 / hr

2nd  shift : Mon-Thurs, 5p-3 : 30a

3rd Shift :  Mon – Thurs 10 : 00pm – 7 : 30am

Our client, a well-established manufacturing facility located in Sheldon, IA, is recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. They are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support ongoing production needs. This role involves the operation of machinery, assembly of components, and adherence to strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and watch machines to make sure they are working properly
• Read and follow instructions to understand what needs to be made and how to make it
• Set up tools and materials in the machines correctly
• Use hand tools and power tools to put parts together or make changes
• Check parts during and after production to make sure they meet quality standards
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
