Job Mission : Ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures with the understanding that production is critical to organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines

Maintain clean equipment and a safe work environment

Follow all prescribed safety regulations; willing to wear all safety gear

Measure, examine, and test completed parts / units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications

Read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations to fabricate products, determine product dimensions and tolerances

Ability to meet goals, quotas, deadlines

Manage time, efficiency and performance

Key Competencies :

Communication Skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain

Attention to Detail : high accuracy and attention to detail

Adaptability : Flexible and able to adapt to change within the business environment, needs and scheduling

Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently

Required Experience :

Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assisting tools such as a hoist

Maintains a safe work environment

Desired Experience :

Ability to use precision tools such as calipers to take accurate measurements

Challenges :

Ability to work in an environment that has conditions that change regularly

Able to stand for long periods of time

Monday thru Thursday : 6 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM & Friday : 6 : 00 AM-12 : 00 PM (Please note hours could change depending on business needs)
