Accounting Assistant

Dayshift 6am – 4 : 30pm

$47K–$55K / year DOE

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounting and bookkeeping?  A local manufacturer is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to support their finance team. This position involves reconciling invoices, processing expense reports, maintaining financial records, and supporting audits and government filings. If you’re organized, adaptable, and ready to work in a collaborative environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities :

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Process expense reimbursement forms
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Prepare government filings and assist in audits
• Maintain report of goods received not invoiced
• Assist with monitoring actuals to budgeted financial records
• Monitor and reconcile inventory reports to financial records
