Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing accounts payable processes? A local manufacturer is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join their accounting team. This full-time position involves processing invoices and payments, supporting accounting functions across departments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities :
- Process accounts payable transactions on a daily basis
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice and provider payments
- Provide accounting support across all areas of the company
- Assist employees and management with accounts payable and expense-related inquiries
- Research and resolve accounts payable issues to avoid service interruptions
- Accurately enter financial data into the system
- Identify and capture vendor discounts; seek opportunities to reduce costs
- Prepare and process payments and ensure compliance with internal policies
Requirements :
