Job description? Learn our products and services including trailers, truckbeds, parts, accessories, maintenance, repairs, finance ? Contact Potential and existing customers through various channels like phone calls, email and text messages to ? Enter customer information into a database and perform assigned followup tasks. ? Follow sales scripts and message templates, engage potential customers, learn about the prospects needs and ? Work with your team and other departments to ensure proper customer service is delivered ? General computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing documents, e-mail. ? Ability to complete data entry and retrieval in our cloud drive, CRM & DMS systems. ? General math skills including add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and percentages. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong organizational skills ? Highly Self Motivated to achieve sales goals ? Be able to work in the office or out on the lot to take pictures, verify inventory is in stock.

- ? Learn our sales processes from our resources such as our Sales and F&I Handbook, phone scripts, and software
training.

Work Hours : Work hours vary from store hours. Training and meetings throughout the week start at 8 : 00 am. Work
schedules are adjusted to meet customer demand and other team members' schedules.
