Galileo has AI research at its core, with the founders coming from Google and Uber where they solved challenging AI / ML problems in the Speech, Evaluation and ML Infra domains. It is now a Series B business backed by tier 1 investors including Battery Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, and Databricks Ventures, with $68M in total funding. We are headquartered in San Francisco with locations such as New York and Bangalore, India forming our areas of future growth.

Role Description

Join a fast-growing marketing team to take ownership of pipeline creation, creating the programs, tooling, and campaigns that will feed our enterprise sales team. Reporting to the CMO, you'll work closely with other marketers and the sales team to engineer a machine that is scalable and efficient. You'll oversee marketing ops, digital marketing, and demand gen. You'll collaborate with the broader marketing team on launches, branding, communications, and developer relations. As a leader, you'll contribute to a high-performance culture focused on doing memorable work together.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the demand generation strategy to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads across various channels, including paid media, content marketing, influencers, social, and email.
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns, working cross-functionally with SDRs and AEs to align on prospecting and qualification.
  • Understand the ICP, buyers, and competitors to select tactics that yield qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape the long-term growth strategy of the company. Work with Finance to set the budgets that enable sufficient capacity in advance of the need.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs like MQLs and SQLs, with ability to isolate impact of specific channels via basic attribution.
  • Develop segmented micro-campaigns to personalize messaging for target verticals.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience leading growth marketing at high-growth B2B tech companies
  • Proven track record in creating and executing growth strategies that drove qualified leads.
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and orchestration platforms like Clay.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, with intuition for benchmarks and ability to draw insights from complex data.
  • Experience leading small teams and collaborating across departments, particularly with SDRs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with a bias for action and results. Willing to roll up your sleeves.
