Orthodontic Assistant

Our office is seeking a talented and experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team.

Compensation : 21-27

Schedule : Mon 8 : 00-5 : 00, Wed 8 : 00-5 : 00

Duties for our Orthodontic Assistant Include :

• Ensuring that all orthodontic instruments and equipment are properly sterilized before each use.
• Taking intraoral X-rays of patients’ mouths, CT scans, Panoramic, Itero Scans
• Taking photographs of patients’ teeth to aid the Orthodontist in developing treatment plans and to document patient progress.
• Taking dental molds of patients’ teeth for the fabrication of customized mouth guards, retainers, Surgical Guides, Night Guards and Orthotics.
• Removing and replacing wires, coil springs, donuts, and elastic bands.
• Invisalign, Deliver aligners, Place and remove attachments.
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and braces aftercare.
