Sales Development Representative
As the Sales Development Representative at Contextual AI, you'll be the driving force behind our inbound strategy. Working directly with the Head of Business Development and marketing team, you'll capture and qualify opportunities while building the foundation for our company's continued growth.
This pivotal role is the beginning of a customer-facing sales career at Contextual AI. You'll implement and refine our sales playbook while managing inbound inquiries and supporting events. Your ability to establish positive relationships with prospects will be essential as you qualify and prioritize opportunities at the top of our sales funnel.

What You'll Do :
- Generate pipeline through converting & qualifying inbound leads into opportunities
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads while supporting various marketing events
- Uncover business initiatives through sales discovery
- Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
- Achieve & exceed activity targets (KPI's) to meet daily / weekly / monthly goals
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to develop inbound strategy, playbook and process
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, solutions, product, operations and sales to accelerate pipeline generation
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from a four-year universityTeam-first mindset with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environmentExceptional time management skills & ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage in conversational discoveryCuriosity and passion for technology, specifically AISelf-starter who is resourceful, disciplined, and collaborativeDesire to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environmentPreferred Qualifications :

Base Salary Range : $65,000 + equity + benefits (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). The total compensation package for this position may also include a on-target earnings, annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
