A respected healthcare facility in a scenic and close-knit mountain community is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT / MLS) to join its clinical lab team. This full-time, onsite position offers a dynamic role for professionals who enjoy working as generalists across all major lab disciplines.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform a wide range of diagnostic testing with accuracy and attention to compliance

Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and LIS systems

Review and update procedures to reflect current best practices and regulatory standards

Communicate critical values appropriately and document per protocol

Participate in quality assurance, safety, and continuing education initiatives

What We re Looking For :

Associate s degree in a laboratory science or MLT program (or equivalent per CLIA standards)

BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

2+ years of generalist experience preferred; strong new grads are welcome

Professional certification strongly preferred (ASCP or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and commitment to regulatory compliance
