Job Title : Customer Service Advisor

Start : Mid-October
End : Mid-January, potential for extension
Must have open availability to work including holidays
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience across phone, email, and chat.
- Convert inquiries into sales while meeting / exceeding KPIs.
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach.
- Provide tailored product knowledge and styling advice.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently (orders, returns, product info).
- Accurately log interactions in CRM and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
2+ years in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar tools.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
