Compensation :

$28 / hr – $32 / hr (Dependent on Experience)

Schedule :

During peak season, this team operates on a 24 / 7 schedule to meet customer demand. Flexibility is key, and workweeks may exceed 40 hours.

This is not a basic pool cleaning role—it’s a senior-level field position focused on troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining advanced pool systems and equipment. Ideal candidates will bring mechanical experience from industries like HVAC, appliance repair, or military technical service. Our client will provide full training on pool-specific systems, offering a unique opportunity to transfer your skills into a new, growing field.
