Job descriptionElevate how each brand shows up across products, packaging, and marketing within our various channels : D2C, e-commerce, and various retail partners. Build creative briefs to provide direction for collections and campaigns. Make sure everything looks, feels, and communicates the brand perfectly from Voice, to Packaging, to Product. Create and manage a clear, rolling 90-day launch calendar Run weekly cross-functional check-ins to keep projects on track Track tasks, deadlines, and team dependencies in Notion or Airtable Flag blockers, re-prioritize when needed, and keep things moving forward Work closely with the marketing manager to align content, influencer, and email strategies with upcoming launches. Make sure campaign rollouts are cohesive and reflect the product’s story and overall brand. Brief freelancers, or agencies as needed. Have 3–6+ years experience in product development, project management brand strategy, or launch roles at a consumer brand (CPG, beauty, lifestyle, DTC) Are both a thinker and a doer - you love strategy, but you also get things done Have a great eye for aesthetics, packaging, and creative (do you analyze the Target shelves every shopping trip?) Are highly organized and thrive when building systems from scratch Are entrepreneurial, scrappy, fast-moving, and calm under pressure Can work in person 5 days a week and love being part of a collaborative, female-led team Notion or Airtable (launch tracking, product roadmap) Canva, Figma, or Photoshop (visual direction, not design execution) Shopify, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo (working alongside the eComm + marketing team) Google Drive (briefs, calendars, shared assets) We have a clear launch calendar with multiple drops fully planned Every product has a corresponding creative + marketing rollout You’re managing timelines, keeping the team moving, and taking pressure off the founder You’ve already improved how the brand looks and feels across at least one major launch Full-time salary : Based on experience, ($70k - $90k) Paid time off : Unlimited PTO (with 30-day notice for longer breaks) 401k, Health & dental insurance : Provided Work environment : In-person 4-5 days a week, fast-paced, and highly collaborative with a female-led team A short note on why this role is exciting to you Your resume or LinkedIn A brand or recent product launch you admire - and why!!
About the Role
We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and highly organized Head of Brand & Product Strategy — someone who can turn an idea into mood boards and make awesome products actually come to life.
You’ll work side-by-side with our founder every day, helping bring new products and collections to life across CharCharms, Wall Candy, and future brands. You’ll take a scattered list of ideas (“stick-on charms, a bottle line, a new fall collection”) and turn them into a smart, strategic launch calendar — and then own the product development process.
You’ll be responsible for making sure everything we launch feels cohesive, on-brand, and better than what we’ve done before.
This role is perfect for someone who loves startups, thrives in ambiguity, and has a strong eye for product, brand, and execution.

- Proactively pitch new products or collection themes based on trends and data
- Coordinate product lifecycle with our supply chain manager to ensure important milestones are being met
