ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since October 2017. We currently have four full-time team members and are excited to welcome a fifth. We believe in creating a positive and balanced workplace where people feel supported and appreciated.

We offer two office outings each year (summer and holiday), 8 paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO/sick time with some rollover options. Team members also benefit from a Pre-Tax Health Expense Reimbursement program and a Simple IRA with employer match after two years. Plus, we keep the office stocked with snacks and drinks tailored to everyones preferences. Conveniently located in Lincoln Square and Albany Park, were steps away from the Western bus stop and Brown Line for an easy commute.

Im a graduate of the University of Iowa and have been with State Farm for over 11 years. As a longtime Chicago resident and proud dad of two boys, I love being part of this community. We partner with local organizations like Waters Elementary, the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce, and the North River Commission to give back and stay connected.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Adam Garcia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
