Job profile

• Responsibilities include production management, tooling design & manufacturing, project engineering, repair coordination, purchasing and shipping & receiving.
• Participate in the creation and further development of the value creation system for production based on the LEAN philosophy. Derive and implement the necessary measures
• Monitor productivity performance across area of responsibility. Developing and implementing measures to continuously increase productivity.
• Oversees the tooling design and manufacturing. Responsible for the quality, on-time and cost-effective manufacturing of ultrasonic tooling and components at Bartlett IL headquarters.
• Continuous development of the value chain for process optimization and best possible allocation of departmental resources
