Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Launch Manager with FinOps expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a positive first impression

Support customers with technical setup and integrations to ensure smooth onboarding

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

Strong familiarity with FinOps, particularly in hyperscale cloud environments

Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Organized project management skills, capable of handling multiple customers and timelines

Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working with financial and usage data

Proactive mindset suited for a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
