Accounts Payable Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solution is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk located in Walnut, CA. This position is contract-to-hire, hybrid work schedule, and pays $20-21 / hour, based on experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who has 1+ years of AP experience and strong computer skills. We are actively interviewing.
Responsibilities :
Perform Accounts Payable responsibilities
Processing payments for invoices
Matching, coding, and entering invoices
Perform reconciliation of credit cards
Research and resolve any discrepancies in payments
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management
Qualifications :
1+ year of accounts payable experience experience
Experienced with ERP system
Strong Excel skills - pivot tables / vlookup is preferred
Demonstrate strong computer knowledge
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay Range :
$20-21 / hour, based on experience
