Job Summary :

The purpose of the Field Service Engineer is to ensure timely and cost-effective installation, repair, removal / relocation, and technical support of Durst products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction to all Durst customers. This role is responsible for leading technical support for end users who are operating Durst TAU label printers in their industrial commercial printing business, ensuring that printers are up and running to meet customer production needs.
