Entry-Level Behavior Technician - School-Based (South OC)

Amergis Staffing is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings for the 2025-2026 school year across the South Orange County region!

Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1 : 1 or in small group settings during school hours to :

Support students with behavioral needs

Help manage challenging behaviors, including occasional aggression

Keep students on track with homework and classwork

Collaborate with teachers and school staff

Requirements

Preferred : Minimum 9 months of ABA experience

Bonus : RBT certification

Must be flexible to travel between school sites as needed

Schedule Options

Ongoing Assignments : ~30 hours / week at a single school site (Monday-Friday)

On-Call Assignments : Flexible shifts available Monday-Friday

Hours : Must be available between 7 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $25-$28 / hour, based on experience
