Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role with America’s leading window & door company?

Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Event Marketing Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be required to split your time between the office and travel to various retail locations. While in the office, you will assist with building the team and the number of retail partnerships. While out of the office you will be required to visit current and potential retail partners in addition to making site visits at assigned retail locations. In this role you will also assist with new hire classes and ongoing training and development with current teammates.

Responsibilities

• Research, prospect and acquire new retail partnerships.
• Manage the ongoing relationship of retail partnerships.
• Manage program costs with innovative partnership structures.
• Maintain weekly inventory of retail supplies; notify when supplies should be ordered.
• Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates.
• Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates.
• Create yearly and monthly goals that includes number of new retail locations, team members, set rate, number of demos, among other performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support.
