Senior Epic Applications Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Epic Therapy Applications Analyst in the Information Technology field.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and provide subject matter expertise for content issues and solutions related to clinical applications

Perform project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, education, and support of application software

Consult and communicate extensively with clinical and administrative staff to improve patient safety and departmental workflow

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or five+ years of relevant healthcare / IT experience

Minimum of three years' experience in implementing clinical information systems

ITIL certification to be completed within one year of hire

HIMSS certification to be completed within one year of hire

Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hospital operations
