Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Purchasing Manager located in Deer Park, TX.

The Assistant Purchasing Manager will be responsible for supporting procurement activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, creating purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

Collaboration with internal teams to meet production goals and compliance standards will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications Strong background in Procurement, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management Proficiency in Data Analysis, Recordkeeping, and Financial Acumen Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills Strong Organizational Skills and Ability to Meet Deadlines Proficiency in relevant software tools and ERP systems Experience in manufacturing or industrial procurement is advantageous Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
