We take a comprehensive view which enables us to help our clients grow their businesses while staying ahead of key risks, anticipating regulatory shifts, and instilling ethical practices. Our offerings include, but also extend beyond : Compliance and Crisis Management, Cyber and Digital Risk, Credit Risk Management, Balance Sheet Optimization, Market & Commodity Risk, ESG, Risk Org, Ops and Operational Risk, and Supply Chain Risk.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with clients across industries to take on their most difficult challenges, transform mindsets, create outstanding value, and build capabilities that enable organizations to achieve sustainable advantage.
• Drive client discussions and projects, and lead diverse cross-functional and cross-industry project teams.
• Expand our risk and compliance topic landscape through case execution and client development.
• Execute or provide expertise and support on global projects such as preventive actions, crisis management and remediation, or optimization and digitalization.
• Contribute to BCG's risk and compliance content development, including client surveys, industry benchmarks, AI- and agile-driven ways of working, and more.
• Collaborate closely with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site.
• Provide mentorship and support to consultants to ensure their continuous individual development.
