All New Drivers are eligible for a $500 Sign-On Bonus after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, professional, and compassionate Transportation Drivers to join our team. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting clients to and from their destinations while ensuring a secure and comfortable experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles to transport clients safely and efficiently.

Assist clients with mobility aids, including wheelchairs, walkers, and car seats.

Ensure that all passengers are properly secured before driving.

Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors regarding schedules and updates.

Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must pass a background investigation, including CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information), SORI (Sex Offender Registry Information), and RMV (Registry of Motor Vehicles) checks.

Must pass a physical examination and drug test.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities, the elderly, or children is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles safely.
