Job descriptionPhysicians with backgrounds in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or General Surgery are encouraged to apply. Occupational Medicine experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates who want to grow into this specialty. Outpatient only no nights, weekends, holidays, or call. Monday Friday schedule, 8 AM 5 PM. Robust support staff and operational resources. Training in Occupational Medicine provided if needed ideal for urgent care or primary care physicians looking for a fresh career path. Opportunity to mentor other clinicians and support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician who wants to provide direct patient care while also guiding a clinical team without nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.
About the Opportunity :
In this role, you will :
- Spend your time seeing patients for work-related injuries, occupational medicine, and urgent care needs.
- Lead by example, supporting a high-functioning clinical team.
- Work closely with therapists, specialists, and employers to drive optimal patient outcomes.
- Play an active role in efficient clinic operations and quality performance.
- Communicate with employers on new injuries and treatment plans.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment with a focus on patient safety, satisfaction, and quality care.
