Responsibilities

Client Support : Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing in a timely and accurate manner.

Account Management : Maintain client accounts, update information, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Customer Relations : Build positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support at all times.

Administrative Tasks : Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing client files efficiently.

Collaboration : Work closely with account managers to support their efforts and ensure client satisfaction.

Problem-Solving : Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain client trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

Customer Service Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to client interactions.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
