We are seeking a collaborative, innovative Data Product lead to join our team!

The Director / VP, Data Product will drive analytical and ML / AI innovation within the ArcSpan Audience Monetization System platform. The position will support the development and launch of data-driven features and functionality that empower our clients to extract greater insights and achieve better audience monetization. This involves close collaboration with stakeholders both internally and externally. On a day-to-day basis, they will interact with the product, engineering and customer success teams to understand requirements, analyze information and craft comprehensive solutions.

Job Description

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to build data products supporting audience insights and monetization.
• Proficiency in deriving meaningful business insights from data and pinpointing the underlying causes of patterns.
• Take charge of, devise, and execute advanced data analysis, predictive analytics, develop mathematical methodologies, and create intricate algorithms to address business challenges.
• Work hands-on to use large datasets and build, train and test machine learning models.
• Implement a variety of ML models based on a philosophy that the data product should solve business needs.
• Leverage generative AI to create tools that help customers more efficiently tap into their datasets to drive audience value.
• Scope projects, assess potential risks and communicate clearly with the stakeholders.
