Compensation Range : $40 - 43 per hour
We are seeking a Merchandiser to drive the Kids Footwear business for our North America Direct-to-Consumer channels (Owned Stores and Digital). This role is responsible for curating consumer-focused assortments that will win today and define our future. You will use historical data, advanced analytics, and real-time market feedback to adapt to in-season trends while building powerful, forward-looking product strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong retail acumen, a consumer-first mindset, and an analytical toolkit. You are comfortable navigating both brick-and-mortar and digital commerce environments and are skilled at leading cross-functional teams to bring a unified product vision to life.
Responsibilities
Who You Will Work With
You will be a central hub of collaboration, working daily with fellow merchants, buyers, and cross-functional teams within our Direct organization. Your key partners will include Digital & Store Buying, Consumer Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will report to the North America Direct Merchandising Director.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience in a product-related or retail role. Proven experience in footwear, apparel, equipment, or relevant consumer product merchandising. Strong understanding of key retail and digital profit-based metrics (e.g., sell-through, margin, AUR, UPT). Demonstrated ability to translate strategic thinking into actionable merchandising plans. Proficiency in using consumer data and analytics to build compelling assortments. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in large forums. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and react to business and consumer trends. Experience with project management and seeing initiatives through from concept to completion.
