Position Details :

Full Time | 4 Nights a Week

Shifts begin after 7 : 30 PM (following regular laundry hours)

Important Note : Applicants must have prior experience handling residents’ personals, including using the hot press to label clothing. Those without this experience will not be considered for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute residents’ laundry and linens

Accurately label and return residents’ personal clothing

Clean and mop laundry floors regularly to maintain a safe, non-slip environment

Clean and sanitize laundry equipment and work areas

Organize and maintain laundry supplies and equipment properly

Protect the confidentiality of resident and facility information at all times

Qualifications & Skills :

Prior laundry experience in a healthcare or similar setting preferred

Experience with handling and labeling residents’ personal clothing is required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to follow infection control and safety procedures

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality service
