Job descriptionPerform overnight cutovers of Cisco network devices (switches, routers, wireless, etc.). Configure, install, and validate new hardware as part of the refresh project. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after cutovers to ensure smooth transitions. Collaborate with project managers and client IT teams to confirm successful deployment. Provide post-cutover documentation and knowledge transfer. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco network infrastructure (Catalyst, Nexus, wireless). Prior experience performing network refreshes and after-hours cutovers. Strong troubleshooting skills in routing, switching, and connectivity issues. Cisco CCNP (or higher) strongly preferred. Excellent communication and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions. Location : Onsite in San Diego, CA. Overnight cutovers (project-based, outside normal business hours).
