As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, in a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for residents and guests. Your visible presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations around the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and / or unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and / or authorities.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential incidents and provide reassurance to residents and guests.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
