As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a hotel and resort environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for guests and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort premises, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and public spaces to help to deter potential disturbances and unauthorized access.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities as required.

Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, communicating with local authorities and / or management as needed.

Support a welcoming and secure environment for all individuals at the location by maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
