An Am Law 200 law firm is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney (Income Principal level) with at least 7+ years of experience and a portable book of business to join its Business Group in Washington, D.C., New York, Seattle, Spokane, or Portland .
Position Highlights
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney who thrives on negotiating and drafting commercial contracts across a range of industries—particularly consumer goods and consumer products .
You’ll work directly with regional and national business clients on matters such as :
- Manufacturing Agreements
- Distribution Agreements
- Sales Broker Agreements
- Raw Material & Packaging Supply Agreements
- Equipment Purchase & Lease Agreements
- Product Purchase, Sale, and Supply Agreements

Ideal Candidate Profile
Location Options :
Compensation Range
Base salary : $200,000 – $325,000 (dependent on experience, location, and other factors)
Additional compensation : Bonus potential plus full benefits package
