A thriving, full-time opportunity is available for an experienced General Dentist or Clinical Leader to join a high-performing, multi-specialty dental practice serving patients of all ages. Located near Woodbury Heights, New Jersey, this state-of-the-art neighborhood dental practice has a strong, loyal patient base and is equipped with the latest dental technologies to support both general and specialty dental care.
The practice is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. Job Responsibilities
As a lead dentist and clinical leader, your key responsibilities will include :
- Conducting comprehensive dental exams, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
- Performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures (restorative, preventive, cosmetic)
- Educating patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive dental care
- Collaborating with specialists and dental support staff to ensure the highest standard of care
- Mentoring associate dentists and contributing to the professional development of the dental team
- Prescribing medications and following best practices for clinical documentation and compliance
- Participating in continuous quality improvement and upholding clinical excellence standards
Minimum Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental schoolActive New Jersey Dental License (NJ Dentist License)Current CDS and DEA licensesAt least 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry or a multi-specialty dental practiceProven track record of leadership or mentoring in a dental settingExcellent communication and chairside mannerPassion for evidence-based dentistry, patient education, and improving oral health outcomesCompensation & Benefits
