Associate, Business Development - Law

The GLG Law Business Development Associate will work with the team to address our law firm clients' expert witness needs. Associates are responsible for primarily phone-based outreach and relationship development, while working alongside senior members of the Business Development and Service teams to drive opportunities start to finish, culminating with increased adoption and usage of GLG's services across national and global client accounts. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Full-cycle sales - including but not limited to sourcing leads, performing various types of outreach, and pitching GLG's business model
• Create and manage phone and email campaigns to connect with existing and prospective users
• Partnering with senior members of the Service team to develop and deliver nuanced expert solutions for GLG's law firm and in-house counsel clients
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of legal market, as well as the macro business environment, disseminating relevant content to the rest of the team as appropriate
• Collaborating with colleagues on and across teams to build and shape the business
• Contributing to key strategic initiatives established by GLG leadership

What We Offer

While total compensation varies depending upon performance, Business Development Associates, Law can earn full year compensation of $72,000+. This is made up of an annual base salary of $60,000 and uncapped variable compensation that's linked to individual performance.
