Overview : The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness, building a pipeline of customers through customer outreach and answering inbound customer questions. The role will support all outlets in the United States who do not have a local field representative. The main priority for this role is to bring new customers in the brand, grow the outlet and then pass the outlet on to a field sales rep to manage the outlet. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role involves outreach to customers who are not purchasing our product / educating customers and store associates on Cirona Labs' product lines, visual merchandising, and representing the brand at events like trade shows and expos. The position requires strong project management skills to support on-the-ground campaigns and administrative abilities for tracking and reporting activities. Ideal candidates have experience in the cannabis industry or a related field, possess excellent communication skills, and are motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Every week, send email advertisement of priority products to both purchasing and non-purchasing customers to promote our products.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Cirona Labs' product lines and effectively educate customers on each product.
  • Act as the inbound receiver for all beverage orders from our beverage distributors.
  • Maintain a list of target accounts to call and email weekly to secure non buy outlets to buying outlets and deliver incremental velocity.
  • Support brand awareness and engagement to build and drive B2B
  • Provide visual merchandising and product placement within all assigned accounts.
  • Conduct virtual budtender training sessions to drive education and brand awareness.
  • Gather store traffic insights, collect feedback, and report market intelligence to senior leadership.
  • Execute marketing requests from management, ensuring on-brand representation.
  • Provide content to customers to promote our products on their webpages and on their social channels.
  • Represent Cirona Labs' House Brands customer-facing events, including trade shows, expos, and activations.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion regarding company matters.
  • Work in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and consumer awareness while increasing market share.
  • Leverage the occasions calendar to determine the brand priorities for each month, supported with our marketing assets.

Administrative Work :

  • Conduct ongoing research on cannabis events and trends.
  • Prepare reports and recaps of training sessions and events, including feedback and surveys.
  • Maintain a Field Marketing Representative toolkit and educational materials.
  • Update the CRM daily with customer interactions.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in public-facing events, customer service, sales, and / or promotional role required.
  • Strong time management skills, highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn state-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for aesthetics, styling, and brand presentation.
  • 1+ years of experience in the legal cannabis industry preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license .
  • Must have access to reliable transportation (commuter benefits apply)
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Working Conditions and Physical Effort :

  • Exposure to such as dirt, dust, fumes, extreme temperatures (hot and cold), humidity, darkness, and noise.
  • Daily exposure to physical risks, such as working around mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards.
  • Ability to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) such as hair net, earplugs, beard net (if applicable), protective gloves, safety harness, safety glasses and slip resistant work shoes / boots. Personal protective equipment, as defined by Cirona Labs, will be provided.
  • Position requires the ability to stand; sit at a desk; walk around office and facility; lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds; utilizing fine dexterity; and reaching, kneeling, crawling, and twisting. Also requires the ability to see; hear; and communicate by utilizing professional etiquette with all levels of associates and with external vendors.
  • High stress tolerance, adaptability, ability to work in an ever-changing environment, flexible.
