About The Position

$2,500 / day + full support

Location : Hospital-Based, Level 2 Trauma Center - New Jersey

Start : As soon as credentialed

Credentialing : 60-90 days

Schedule & Call

24 / 7 coverage : in-house, night call & intermittent shifts

In-house : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Night call : 5 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Call ratio : 1 : 3 | 10-14 call days / month

Clinic : 1 half-day / week (5-10 patients, adult / geriatric)

Practice Highlights

Total annual cases : ~700

Surgical volume : 3-5 cases / day

Operating Rooms : 7

Trauma Level : 2

EMR : Cerner

Adult & geriatric patients only

Orthopedic private practice coverage (~10 surgeons)

Clinical Focus

Adult & Geriatric Ortho Surgery

General Orthopedic Trauma Care

Total Hip Replacement & Hip Joint Revision / Repair

Fractures, dislocations, amputations, tumors

Surgical & non-surgical orthopedic care

Exclusions : Percutaneous Disc Surgery, Arthroscopy

Requirements

Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

Active NJ Medical License (No exceptions)

Trauma surgery experience documented via training, fellowship, or case history

BLS Certification at credentialing
