State Licensed Managing Counsel

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel, Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the pharmacy and FDA regulatory legal function, advising on compliance matters across jurisdictions

Provide strategic counsel on pharmacy operations, compounding, and facility licensing

Oversee compliance with laws impacting pharmacy operations and manage regulatory investigations

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one US jurisdiction

12+ years of legal experience, with significant in-house regulatory counsel experience preferred

2+ years of management experience leading and developing regulatory professionals

Deep expertise in FDA and U.S. pharmacy laws and regulations

Ability to build strong partnerships with business leadership and legal peers
