Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy for experienced financial advisors

Coordinate onboarding activities and resources to ensure a seamless integration experience for advisors

Monitor onboarding performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field

7+ years of experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of advisor business models

Proven experience leading advisor transitions or onboarding functions

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates, advisors, and internal stakeholders
