Job description10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in enterprise application leadership. Experience managing technical teams of 12+ professionals and budgets exceeding $1 million. Proven track record of delivering secure, modern, and compliant applications (GDPR, PCI, NIST, ISO). Experience with association management platforms (e.g., Personify), CMS (Optimizely), and marketing tools (HubSpot) strongly preferred. Background in nonprofit, membership-based, or government technology organizations is a plus. Demonstrated success in transforming teams, fostering growth, and developing future leaders. Proven ability to manage vendors and third-party partners effectively. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of .NET, Azure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Leadership : Ability to lead with vision, inspire teams, and make sound decisions. Collaboration : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels. Project Management : Skilled in both waterfall and agile methodologies, including change management. Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities. Financial Acumen : Expertise in budget management and cost optimization. Customer Focus : Commitment to delivering business and customer value. Integrity : High ethical standards and accountability. Hybrid Work : 20% in-office presence required in Silver Spring, MD, per pay period. Travel : Minimal travel required.
