Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychotherapist based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Psychotherapist will provide individual therapy, counseling, and group support to residents at a long term care facility. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans, and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

Skills in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health

Knowledge of Medicine related to mental health

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field

Licensed to practice as a psychotherapist in the state of Illinois

Experience in providing therapy to the geriatric population at long term care facilities
