ABOUT THE ROLE

Pickle is looking for exceptional AI engineers to help us build the first truly human AI clone—real time, expressive, and persistent across voice, video, and memory. As a founding researcher, you’ll work at the frontier of multimodal learning, diffusion models, NeRFs, and real-time generation. Your work will shape how clones understand context, express emotion, and adapt over time, thus bringing deeply personal, interactive AI to life.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and develop multimodal models that combine voice, video, and text to create deeply human-like AI clones.

Push the frontier on expressiveness and realism using techniques like diffusion models, NeRFs, and 3DGS.

Prototype and fine-tune models for real-time performance, identity preservation, and long-term contextual memory.

Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to bring cutting-edge research into a seamless, user-facing product.
