As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, engaging with tenants and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for anything unusual. Maintain awareness of the surroundings and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns in a timely manner. Document incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal procedures. Assist with access control, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the location. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
