Licensed Master's Social Worker - Hybrid Opportunity

Qualifications :

A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Master's program.

Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) status, approved by the board.

Experience in a counseling setting with a focus on treating depression and anxiety is required.

Demonstrated ability to conduct intakes and diagnose under a licensed supervisor, adhering to the current DSM.

What We Are Looking For :

Full-time availability (30 hours / week, including 25 client visits and 5 hours for administrative tasks and supervision).

Must reside within 45 minutes of our Bethesda, MD office. Initially, work will be in-office during the probationary period, followed by a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).

Flexibility in work schedule is essential.

Compensation : This is a Fee for Service position, with earning potential ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, based on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities. Your recruiter will further discuss total compensation during the interview.
